We have been “Green Minded” for many years and we feel it is our responsibility to be good stewards of the environment and reduce pollution as well as saving on electric costs while doing so. The units have been installed on all the reach in and walk in refrigeration. Since installation, the amount of cycling on and off the units has fallen by 30%, which will no doubt improve the longevity of the condenser units. Energy savings have been measured at around 18-20%, depending on the individual units, and this has resulted in savings of over a thousand pounds a year in total. I would not hesitate to recommend installation of these units to refrigerators and freezers in order to save electricity and wear on the equipment.

CUES Case Study on Charleville Park Hotel

The 4-Star Charleville Park Hotel in Cork provided a suitable location for a recent trial of the Enitek Product CUES (Chilled Unit Energy Saver ). The freezer which is used to store food, was running constantly 24 hours a day at an operating temperature of – 19°.The CUES Trial proved to be an overwhelming success and demonstrated savings of 2.314kw over the trial period or 18.13% less energy consumption.
